The National Democratic Training Committee (NDTC) is a hybrid PAC that offers free, interactive online and in-person training for Democratic candidates, staff, and leaders. We aim to empower any Democrat who wants to be involved in politics with the tools needed to be successful.
The NDTC runs an aggressive live-training program in all 50 states. To execute a program of this scale and ensure we provide participants the best training possible, we recruit, screen, and train a group of talented trainers across the country.
We are looking to grow this group of trainers, and we want you to join us!
As an NDTC trainer you work with the NDTC Live Training team to facilitate in-person trainings across the United States.

While our live trainings are driven by strategic learning objectives and stuffed to the brim with the information, resources, and tools our trainees need to be successful, these aren’t your typical training sessions.
Trainings are interactive, experienced-focus, and engaged . We train candidates and potential candidates, campaign staff, and local leaders with a curriculum specially created for each audience group. Leave your powerpoint behind and focus on the people. We have curriculum designed for you.
Live training days are energetic, fun, and empowering for trainees and trainers alike, You’ll work with large groups of passionate Democrats eager to make their communities better.
