Who We Are
We are the largest Democratic campaign training organization in the nation. We’ve trained over 112,000 Democrats since 2016. In 2024 alone, we had 2700+ Democratic and nonpartisan candidates on the ballot. We are building a movement, not a moment.
What We Do
We offer knowledge, skills, and training through live and asynchronous trainings, nationwide to Democrats. And we do it for free. Because this is how we build the next generation of Democratic leadership.
Our Story
In 2016, our founder Kelly Dietrich, launched NDTC to provide free, online training for Democrats running for offices across the board. As of 2024, NDTC has trained 112,000 Democrats, supported over 2000 successful campaigns, and continues to empower communities with tools to build lasting political power, and build the next generation of Democratic leadership.
