To build the next generation of Democratic leadership and long term Democratic power in every community.
Our Impact
Since 2016, NDTC has trained over 112,000 Democrats. Collectively they have taken 306,000 courses, events, or resources—including 1,300 live events in all 50 states. Through these efforts, 7,500 have trained and gone on to win over 3,750 general election races nationwide.
In 2024 alone, we had 2,700 general election candidates, a 37% increase from 2022.

Our programs, trainings, and ever-evolving resources provide Democrats with the tools they need to win in 2026, 2028, and beyond.

NDTC Powers Georgia Wins!
In Georgia's state legislature races, NDTC trainees shined. 55% of Democrats on the ballot were NDTC-trained, and 36 now serve in the legislature—35% of all elected Democrats. Notable wins include Tangie Herring (GA House District 145), who secured a battleground victory by just 300 votes, and Nicole Messiah (Dekalb County Commission District 3), our most active learner with 116 trainings completed.
