In exchange for the opportunity for my story to be amplified by NDTC, I agree as follows:

That any text, photos, video, audio or other media (collectively “the Media”) I create and share with NDTC, or media of myself that is created by NDTC or its representatives, can be used by NDTC to further its mission, usage including but not limited to sharing the Media with journalists, on the internet, via social media, and more.
I understand that NDTC hopes to reach a wide audience with the Media by using entertaining content and formats, and that the Media could be part of a larger project, which could be edited.
I grant NDTC and its employees the irrevocable right – including the right to assign or license to others the right – to use the Media, and other information collected from me, in perpetuity and anywhere, for any of its purposes.
I release and waive, and agree not to bring at any time in the future, any and all claims and demands against NDTC, or against anyone associated with the Media, arising from or in connection with NDTC’s use of the Media, including, but not limited to, any assertions of a violation of a personal or property right (including but not limited to: rights of publicity infringement; copyright, trademark, service mark, or trade name infringement; or defamation, libel, or slander).
I agree that all of the above applies to myself and any minors under my legal custody.
