Calculating Your Vote Goal 9/20/2021 - National Democratic Training Committee

Calculating Your Vote Goal

September 20, 2021

About the event

The goal of your entire campaign is to earn the votes you need to win. So calculating the number of votes you’ll need should be one of your very first steps. Everything else in the campaign stems from this one number — your vote goal.

Join the National Democratic Training Committee on Monday, September 20th from 7:30pm-8:30 pm ET for a free virtual live training: “Calculating Your Vote Goal”. This is part of NDTC’s Build Blue Week, and you can find more upcoming events here.

You will learn the following in the training:

  • Calculate your key field numbers
  • Understand how metrics factor into your field strategy

A recommended (not required) course to take before this webinar in our Online Academy is “Calculating Your Vote Goal.”

What to Expect

We will be using Zoom for this webinar, and please test out using Zoom prior to this meeting. We encourage downloading the app version (instead of viewing directly in your web browser) so that you can fully participate in any breakout groups.

Your Zoom link is visible once registered for this event on our website, and the Zoom link will be emailed as a reminder to you 30 minutes prior to the start of the training.  Zoom will ask you to verify that you’re an authorized user. This is a security measure we’ve added – all you need to do is sign in to a free Zoom account (this is different from your account). For more information on how to set up your Zoom account, please click here.

NDTC will record this event: by attending, you give NDTC permission to take photographs and record videos including me at this event, and to use them for its internal and external purposes.
