About the event
Join the National Democratic Training Committee on Tuesday, February 28th from 1-2 pm ET for a free virtual live training on Hiring for Political Campaigns, which will propel your career in politics to the next level. As you prepare, NDTC will equip you with the tools you need to succeed in landing that next amazing role. We’re here to help, so join us to learn the following:
- Determine what staff roles your campaign will need
- Understand how to design equitable and efficient staff hiring processes
- Introduce best practices for finding and evaluating potential candidates
