About the event
Join the Michigan Democratic Party and the National Democratic Training Committee on April 4th for a free virtual live training with our expert trainers. During this training we will cover both field and fundraising with a 15 minute break in between.
9:00-10:00am: Field Session
10:00-10:15am: Screen Break
10:15-11:15am: Fundraising
11:15-11:30am: Additional question and answer time about NDTC resources
During the field session, trainees learn to practice persuasion conversations with voters and think through strategies to recruit volunteers during COVID19. During the fundraising session, we will discuss how to reach donors when you can’t meet them by in person by navigating building, organizing, and prioritizing donor lists to ensure candidates are making the most of their time.
