The past few years have shown just how representative our democracy can be.
In the past few years, we’ve seen record-breaking numbers of women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Gen Z, and indigenous individuals running for office…and winning.
So this January 19, we’re kicking off the 2023/2024 cycle by co-hosting a special So You Want to Run for Office training with our friends at Run for Something.
Maybe there’s a local issue you care about. Maybe you were inspired by the 2022 midterms. Or maybe you want to make a difference, but you’re unsure how.
Regardless of where you are in your personal journey, join Thursday’s training to work on the tangible steps you can take to get closer to this big decision.
Our expert trainer, Lucia Nuñez, will show you how to evaluate this decision, sharing the big news with friends and family, and how to get started.
