The National Democratic Training Committee is a not-for-profit political start-up with with a mission to help real people change the world by teaching them how to run for office and impact their communities for good. We offer free, interactive online and in-person training for Democratic candidates and campaign staff.
The National Democratic Training Committee is looking for entry-level full stack developers to help us innovate to create critical training and education for Democratic candidates at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree (can be in-progress) or equivalent certification(s) in computer science or front-end development or back-end development/engineering.
- Knowledge of the development life cycle and software engineering best practices
- Knowledge of version control, such as Git
- Experience with WordPress is a plus
About NDTC as an Employer
This position will join the Product & Technology team and will report to the Senior Full Stack Developer and Director of Product & Technology with an expected commitment of at least 30 hours per week.
Due to COVID-19, this position is remote through 2021.

Salary is $20.00 per hour. This fellowship runs until December 10, 2021 with a possible extension depending on budget and performance.
