Meet Our Team

Allison originally joined NDTC as the Staff Academy Operations Manager. Most recently, she was promoted to Strategic Partnerships Manager supporting and stewarding NDTC's stakeholder engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in International Politics and an Arabic Minor from DePaul University, where she was highly involved in the school’s community service and activism efforts spanning the greater Chicago area. She joined the political world in 2019 to explore staff training opportunities at NDTC and helped to develop the inaugural Staff Academy program. In her free time, you can catch Allison buried in a book, testing out a new recipe, or running around the lakefront with her dog— all of it chalks up to be the ideal Sunday.
