Andrea Kraus
Andrea Kraus is no stranger to swing states and purple regions. Growing up in Kissimmee, Florida, she first discovered volunteering with Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign. In 2012 in Ohio she was back at it again in her college town of Delaware, OH. In 2013 her first job out of college was as an organizer in Loudon County, VA for Terry McAuliffe’s gubernatorial election and followed up with Jennifer Wexton’s first state senate campaign. In 2014 she worked in Dillingham, AK as the regional field director for Bristol Bay, on the rural Alaska team for Mark Begich’s senate race. Since campaigning she has lived in Seattle enjoying the Pacific Northwest, her dog Hamilton, and working on adult education in tech. She is passionate about empowering women, people of color, and underrepresented folks from all stretches of the US though education, knowledge sharing, and winning Democratic seats up and down the ticket.
