Meet Our Team

April Pegg left corporate America in 2019 to seek out a career that aligned with her values. Diving into the world of Democratic campaigning head-on, she used her instructional design skills to create and improve NDTC’s digital campaigning training materials. After proving her chops as a designer and project manager, she was promoted to Associate and then full Director of Training Curriculum. She is currently focused on finding new ways of leveraging learning technology to make NDTC’s training meet our high standards of accessibility, clarity, and relevance to learners. When she isn’t spending time with her son, she can be found gardening, baking, and playing tabletop RPGs with her family and friends.
