Donald Riddle

Instructional Designer

Donald Riddle is an Instructional Designer on NDTC’s Curriculum Team. Primarily, Donald owns NDTC’s “Data Management” curriculum. He helps to create material that guides campaigns and organizations through softwares like VoteBuilder, NGP, and Google Sheets so they can more effectively achieve their goals.

Donald graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology. A queer, first-generation college student, the dual degree sort of just made sense, as he was committed to marrying his studies with his passions for research, data, social justice, and political advocacy. After he left Brown in 2020, Donald faced a changing political and social landscape amidst a pandemic. He saw it as an opportunity to put his skills and interests to use: working alongside NDTC to empower progressive communities across the country as they continued to build Democratic power and affect change.

Beyond his scope of work at NDTC, Donald has been recognized as an Illinois All-State actor by the Illinois High School Theater Association, and in his spare time he loves to belt broadway tunes or turn in for the night with a good video game.
