Ilana has over 15 years of electoral experience on all levels of the ballot primarily in organizing ranging from state legislative campaign manager to WV State Director for Organizing for America to Deputy National Field Director for America Votes. Ilana is the Client Success Advisor for Reach (a digital organizing tool) and has advised on digital organizing strategy with the DNC, Biden for President, the Democratic Senate Campaign Committee (DSCC), Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), SEIU, Fair Fight, Community Change and multiple state parties. Ilana resides in Washington, DC with her cat and enjoys travel, good food and the Chicago Cubs.
