Judy Pineda Neufeld is an expert leadership development consultant, facilitator, and trainer and passionate about building high-performing teams, inspiring future leaders, and facilitating honest conversations necessary to take action towards making the world a better place. Judy’s work with Emerge America, the nation’s premier organization that recruits, trains and supports women running for elected office, increased the size and diversity of candidate training programs and designed and launched their first bootcamp program, which is now replicated across the nation. In addition to being a Boston Marathon Finisher, Judy holds degrees from top universities—her MBA from Crummer School of Business at Rollins College, and her BA from Tufts University. Judy ran for City Council in Somerville, Massachusetts in 2021 and won. She is now serving the city she loves as an elected official. She is a new mom and welcomed baby Isaac to the world in April 2023!
