Meet Our Trainers

Justin Vollmer is a political professional with nine years of experience developing and managing campaigns across the country, including roles in six presidential efforts. After serving on Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential effort in Iowa, Kentucky, and North Carolina, he began consulting, ultimately becoming the managing director of McLarty Consulting, where he works with corporations, nonprofits, and political candidates. Justin spent the final weeks of the 2020 general election in Philadelphia working to elect Joe Biden. During the primary, he served as Mike Bloomberg's senior advisor for North Carolina, leading 125 staffers working across ten departments. He is a Charlotte, North Carolina native, who graduated with a degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Justin currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas, and enjoys spending time with family and friends - especially his wife and two pups, Rocky and Teddy.
