Meet Our Trainers

Kristy Pagan has traveled the country helping to elect Democrats up and down the ballot. In 2014, Kristy ran herself and won a seat to the Michigan House where she served six years (term-limited) representing her hometown and championed reproductive health care, environmental protections, pay equity, and public education in the Michigan legislature. Before leaving office, she recruited against and defeated every conservative elected official within 20 miles of her district—from school board to Congress. Kristy also served as the Campaign Chair for Michigan House Democrats in the election 2018 cycle picking up the most seats for Democrats in over a decade. Now, she runs her own political consulting firm—KP Campaigns—that helps progressive candidates run and win.
