Meet Our Trainers

Mallory Long is an organizer, trainer, and facilitator based in Baltimore, MD. She is currently the Director of Talent and Training at the National Democratic Redistricting Committee and the National Redistricting Action Fund, working to increase public engagement around the decennial redistricting process that will take place in 2021 to ensure fairer maps and representation. Prior to entering the Democracy Reform space, Mallory spent seven years in various organizing and training roles at Planned Parenthood's national and local organizations.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Mallory's political career started as a field organizer for the Obama Campaign, making 2021 her 10th year as a campaign professional.
