Meet Our Team

Paul Gartner joins NDTC as the Chief Technology Officer. Paul is responsible for managing all aspects of our technology systems and moving NDTC's technology ecosystem to the next level. Paul has over 25 years of technology experience developing consumer facing technology applications. After earning his Bachelors in Communications and Media Studies from Gannon University, he entered the high tech world to use his passion for technology to help others. Paul has previously held executive technology positions at K12, National Geographic and Remedy Health Media. Paul resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children. He is passionate about the Philadelphia Eagles, Formula One and a huge cinephile.
