Meet Our Trainers

Sara Mitchell (she/her) was born and raised in Virginia and is a proud Virginia Tech Hokie. She has managed electoral and advocacy campaigns for various progressive organizations and PACs, with experience in field, digital and political departments. Sara is currently a Senior Program Strategist at Analyst Institute, where she trains and advises campaigns on how to apply AI's advocacy, persuasion and mobilization research to their programs. As a former political and business journalist, Sara's work has always been rooted in storytelling. She'd be happy to share pictures of her cat, Rosa Diaz, named after the Brooklyn Nine-Nine detective and bicon.
