Meet Our Trainers
Stacey Chavis serves as Managing Director of Campaigns Academy, where she works with at the intersection of politics, policy and advocacy. She built her expertise serving as Public Policy Consultant with the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, Southern Regional Director for the White House Project, Deputy Finance Director for the Democratic Party of Georgia, Finance Director for Congressional Campaigns and Constituent Services Representative for the United States House of Representatives. An expert in campaign finance, her work has trained over 30,000 candidates on the components of running for elected office. She has trained candidates for elected office from school board to statewide office. Stacey graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Politics minor from Oglethorpe University and Master’s Degree in the Study of Law from University of Georgia School of Law. She also completed The Women’s Campaign School at Yale University.
