Key Talking Points for Text Banking Handout: Template

This resource is a part of NDTC’s Text Banking Toolkit, which has sample documents that can be edited and adapted to a campaign. Add a shortcut to this toolkit to your Google Drive, or download all of these documents from the toolkit folder itself.

This template provides a space to outline key talking points about the candidate, their race, and the important issues in the election. It helps volunteers confidently talk about the candidate's experience, the responsibilities of the office, and the key dates for voter registration, early voting, and the general election. Having these talking points ensures volunteers are well-prepared and can keep the conversation focused, even when they encounter questions they aren’t immediately able to answer.
