This resource is a part of NDTC’s Text Banking Toolkit, which has sample documents that can be edited and adapted to a campaign. Add a shortcut to this toolkit to your Google Drive, or download all of these documents from the toolkit folder itself.
This sign-in sheet is all about data collection — make sure you have current contact information for every person volunteering with the campaign, and track who shows up for their shift and who flakes. This is especially important for running remote text banks, because it’s impossible to look across the room to see who made their shifts. It’s also key in tracking volunteer engagement in the campaign.
