This is an example of a “tick-tock” (also called a timeline, cue sheet, or run of show) for a live and silent auction (one of the most staff-intensive events to  throw). For each event a campaign has, they’ll  develop a “tick-tock” including all the timings for the event. It tells everyone working the event where they’re supposed to be at all times, who’s speaking when, when food is served, etc. To learn more about timing an event, check out our course Throwing a Fundraising Event.
