This handout describes the three types of one-on-ones that can be had with volunteers on a campaign. Different scenarios require different types of 1:1s, each with their own structure and set of goals. Preparing to engage with each type of 1:1 helps use time more effectively and efficiently, while supporting volunteers. Review this document before bringing volunteers onto the campaign.
