Meet Our Trainers

Andrea Johnson’s first campaign staff job was in 1999, with Sen. Bill Bradley’s presidential campaign. Since then she’s worked on campaigns big and small, from presidential to state house, and has worked in almost all regions of the country. Andrea has worked on 4 of the last 5 presidential campaign cycles. Most of her experience is in digital, in particular, online fundraising and organizing, but she’s also worked in the field, fundraising, communications, message development, and has managed campaigns.

Outside of campaigns, Andrea has worked with Moveon.org and the Kaiser Family Foundation. She currently works with Run for Something by directly supporting campaigns to elect progressives who are 40 or under to down-ballot seats. Andrea has an undergraduate degree from Rice University and a graduate degree from Harvard.
